Sport in the USA and Canada
There are numerous and widespread possibilities for becoming involved in
sporting activities in the USA and Canada, both as a spectator and as a
participant. Some of the more obvious ideas are listed here.
Spectator Sports
This list isn't meant to be exhaustive.
It is perhaps worth mentioning that sometimes a small local event can
be just as enjoyable as a major televised match.

Sports To Participate In
This list isn't meant to be exhaustive.
Many of these activities require a licence or involve some other form
of regulation. Details are beyond the scope of this work but would need
to be investigate beforehand.
Equipment for many of these activities is very widely available, both
in specialist shops and in the sporting sections of department stores such
as K-Mart and Walmart.
The inclusion in this list of sports (or if you prefer, "sports")
which involve animals should not be regarded as being in any way a recommendation
of them by the author. I merely list them as possibilities for those who
which to engage in such activities.
